1. No Refunds for Digital Products

All architectural plans and digital files sold by Space saving Home are delivered electronically. Once the ordered files have been sent to the customer’s email address or to any address provided by the customer, the content of the files is considered fully disclosed.

Because digital products cannot be returned or “unseen,” all sales are final. For this reason, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are offered after the files have been delivered.

2. Responsibility for Correct Email Address

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address. If the customer enters an incorrect email address, the files are still considered delivered once sent, and the refund policy remains in effect.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems opening or downloading the files, we will assist you by:

• resending the files,

• providing alternative download formats (if available),

• or offering technical guidance.

Technical issues do not qualify for a refund, but we will ensure you receive the files you purchased.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the rare case of:

• duplicate purchases caused by a technical error,

• a file delivery failure on our side (e.g., server malfunction).
