1. Return of Products (Architectural Plans)

Since our products (plans) are in digital format, returns are not possible. Once the ordered files are sent to the customer's email address or the address provided by the customer, a refund is no longer possible as the content of the files has already been "disclosed."

2. Return of Services (Interior Design Consultation)

Each service includes at least one revision or a revision as agreed with the client. Before requesting a refund for interior design services, we recommend consulting with the interior designer. If the service does not meet your expectations, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the final revision so that we can find a joint solution. In case the project is completely canceled, 75% of the payment will be refunded.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders for services that have not been completed can be canceled within 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not possible as our services are customized to the client's needs.
